Additionally, we cannot place signs where public utility boxes, water mains, or other city, county, or state-owned structures are present. We want to avoid impeding access to these areas and risking fines or damage to our signs. Our team will carefully drive a stake 10 inches into the ground to ensure the sign is securely installed. Q: Under what circumstances do you cancel an order?

A: To avoid order cancellation, we kindly request that payment be made by 4 p.m. a day before the stork sign delivery date. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re here to provide assistance and make your experience as smooth as possible.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: Our primary goal is to fulfill your requests to the best of our ability, but we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In case there are any issues with your order, we’re happy to offer a refund. However, please note that we require a 24-hour notice for any last-minute requests that weren’t previously discussed at the time of booking. You’ll be eligible for a full refund if you cancel your stork or birthday sign rental at least 24 hours before the delivery date, or if extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your sign. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide a refund if we can’t access a gated community due to a lack of gate code or an incorrect code, if the security guard at a gated community refuses entry, if the homeowner or recipient doesn’t allow us to set up or asks us to remove the sign before the end of the rental period, if a threatening animal prevents access to the property, or if the location doesn’t have a traditional lawn as defined by us.
