02. GET IN TOUCH
For Birth Announcement Signs (Storks), we’ll need all the essential baby information like the baby’s first and middle name, date of birth, weight, and length. And for our other signs, such as Stars, Dog Bones, and Cat Signs, we’ll need to know the message you want to display on each sign. To make sure everything goes smoothly, we’ll also need your information and the recipient’s information – names, addresses, and contact details. 03. SIT BACK AND RELAX
We Install the Sign Sit back and relax while we work our magic! We’ll handle the delivery, installation, and pick-up of the sign at the end of the rental period. Just a friendly reminder, all payments need to be completed 24 hours before the delivery to ensure a smooth process. Oh, and here’s the exciting part – any personalized bundle, star signs, or pet signs will be left behind as a cherished keepsake. However, generic bundles won’t be included in the keepsake.

Q: Do I need to have a front lawn for the stork sign installation?
A: Yes! We want to ensure that our stork signs are properly installed and safely displayed. To achieve this, we require a traditional residential lawn. This means we need an open space of grass with unobstructed soil. Unfortunately, we are unable to install signs in areas covered with rocks, pea gravel, concrete, mulch, flower beds, raised beds, garden pots, or thick landscaping. Additionally, we cannot place signs where public utility boxes, water mains, or other city, county, or state-owned structures are present. We want to avoid impeding access to these areas and risking fines or damage to our signs. Our team will carefully drive a stake 10 inches into the ground to ensure the sign is securely installed. Q: When should I reserve a stork sign for a new baby?
A: We’re thrilled to assist you with your birth announcement signs! We accept reservations for our signs, whether you have a scheduled delivery or an unexpected surprise. If you have a scheduled delivery or event, we recommend booking the stork in advance up to 2 weeks to secure your preferred delivery date. However, if it’s a surprise arrival, no need to worry! Just give us a call as soon as the baby is born, and we’ll do our best to have the stork sign up before the new family comes home from the hospital. Simply place your order and payment by 4 p.m. the day before, and we’ll have your stork sign delivered the very next day. Celebrate your special moment with speed and convenience. Q: How long can I rent the Stork Sign for?

But if you have a specific location in mind, simply let us know before we arrive, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. A: Looking to add extra charm to your baby announcement? We’ve got you covered! Each of these signs can be personalized with your own message and is available for just $35 each. At the end of the rental period, they can be kept as keepsakes. We offer these signs in both pink and blue, ensuring everyone can feel included in the fun. We offer stork signs for proud grandparents as well, with options to choose from. Our generic bundles start at $60, while personalized bundles are available for $75. These stork signs can be rented for 5 days and will be installed in your yard, sharing the exciting news with your community. The personalized bundles include the baby’s details and are left behind as keepsakes when we pick up the storks. Q: Under what circumstances do you cancel an order?
A: To avoid order cancellation, we kindly request that payment be made by 4 p.m. a day before the stork sign delivery date. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re here to provide assistance and make your experience as smooth as possible.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Our primary goal is to fulfill your requests to the best of our ability, but we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In case there are any issues with your order, we’re happy to offer a refund. However, please note that we require a 24-hour notice for any last-minute requests that weren’t previously discussed at the time of booking. You’ll be eligible for a full refund if you cancel your stork or birthday sign rental at least 24 hours before the delivery date, or if extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your sign. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide a refund if we can’t access a gated community due to a lack of gate code or an incorrect code, if the security guard at a gated community refuses entry, if the homeowner or recipient doesn’t allow us to set up or asks us to remove the sign before the end of the rental period, if a threatening animal prevents access to the property, or if the location doesn’t have a traditional lawn as defined by us. We appreciate your understanding in these situations, and we’ll always do our best to ensure your satisfaction with our service.
